Villa of 180 sq m in south facing on a former holiday home property. With an angle of 101 degrees, the “indoor courtyard” opens up premature spring sun, while the house body together with the large double car port creates a private farm.
Existing cottage of about 40 sq m was given new life in the form of pool house and orangery.
