Bertel O. Steen’s new car facility in Lörenskog east of Oslo consists of nearly 8,000 square meters with, among other things, sales and office space. In addition, there are state-of-the-art workshops, well-thought-out customer receptions with a café and a private delivery center for new cars where the customer will have a very special experience when handing over a new car.

The concept also includes self-service in connection with the workshop visit, which means that the service is available for the day, 7 days a week. In total, the area covers approximately 50,000 square meters.

MAR2020 is Mercedes-Benz’s new concept, which has started rolling out all over the world since 2018. As the only trained architectural office on the concept in Scandinavia, XYZDP is running project implementation of MAR2020 in several locations in both Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
